I believe it is pretty easy without, perhaps someone can give you a recipe list. But, if you can get your hands on a Hojo, you can do synths up to 11 levels away for skill ups. Which is a bit of a crafting wet dream. So highly recommend getting a hojo and leveling ninja if you can. There comes a point where you can just make all the variations of au laits for skill ups since theyre 10 levels apart.

I haven't been ingame in nearly 2 months so i'm really late seeing this thread. I decided to post my Cooking power level guide 0-60. I hope the info in this guide will give you a good understanding on where you should begin, and an idea on where you will end up. Good luck bro.

I put together this tasty little guide to aid the future chefs of Vanadiel
in their quest to bring everyone the finest foods available. Consider this Rubix's Culinary Academy so
lets not hesitate and get down to business. Before we begin, keep in mind Cooking will NOT make you rich
in the world of Vanadiel. Sorry, but it is what it is. While you CAN make some profits here and there, The
goal here is to provide yourself or your LS family/friends an outlet to feed yourselves and/or Pets without
the need on relying on the AH and giving your money away to someone else. Cooking comes in handy as no matter
where you are, you can drop to the ground and make food on the fly in situations such as solo battles or exp ptys
w/o the need of returning to town to buy. Let's begin ^^

lvl sync exp partys however, be aware not to flood the market.
The Ogre pumpkins are purchased from 1 NPC per nation depending on which nation has control of Elshimo Lowlands.
Take this to lvl 35 and move to the next synth.
